About Me
Like Pirandello’s “Six Characters in Search of an Author,” WELL fed Resources has provided a life-script for my multiple facets – Author, Speaker, Consultant, Chef, and Entrepreneur – to find fulfillment.
My mission is to create and share products and services that foster integrated well-being for the unique personal and professional development of each customer or participant.
My passion is helping usher people into greater actualization of their own divinely-crafted purpose in spirit, soul, and body.
My academic and professional experiences in journalism and law not only gave me an opportunity to validate the high quality of my written and oral communication skills, but also helped reveal my burden for real people with real problems who want more from their lives but need healing or guidance for a breakthrough, or for business clients who have a vision but can’t see their way through the deficits in their teams or the chaos in their service cycles to harness long-term success.
Besides my unique set of diverse skills, all my engagements demonstrate that I “walk” what I “talk”.
-
The same excellence in service I teach, I deliver to all of my clients, is also evidenced by the customer-centric approach I have taken for years in even non-service roles.
-
The personal journey in healing my father hole makes me especially qualified to help others find wholeness.
-
While I certainly have not achieved perfection, I have demonstrated a daily, active commitment to Kingdom living and led college students and young adults for over 25 years in Christ-centered pursuits.
Whenever you partner with me, you get the benefits of all this and more!

Theme Song and Scriptures
The song and scriptures which inspired WELL fed Resources as the name of my business ministry are:
I've got a river of life flowing out of me
Makes the lame to walk and the blind to see,
Opens prison doors, sets the captives free.
I've got a river of life flowing out of me.
Spring up, O well, within my soul.
Spring up, O well, and make me whole
Spring up, O well, and give to me
That life abundantly
("Spring Up O Well" by Phil Wickham)
“You are a fountain [springing up] in a garden, a well of living waters, and flowing streams from Lebanon.” Song of Solomon 4:15 (AMPC)
“Sir,” the woman tells Him, “You don’t have a bucket, and the well is deep. Then from where do You get this living water?” … Yeshua replied to her, “Everyone who drinks from this water will get thirsty again. But whoever drinks of the water that I will give him shall never be thirsty. The water that I give him will become a fountain of water within him, springing up to eternal life!” John 4:11, 13-14 (TLV)
